Verified reviewI'm not happy with bad products, poorly explained, you have to read a technical manual to know that the product isn't what you want, whereas in the presentation it's the product you need. You can explain it to me any way you like, but I don't think it's honest, I leave it to the free appreciation of other users.***

Dear customer, We had no intention of "making fun" of you, but in view of the bad faith you have shown from the outset, humor seemed to be in order... We apologize if this offended you. As for the rest of your comment, we leave it to the discerning reader to sort the wheat from the chaff. We wish you an excellent day. Jean.

Verified reviewSimple and efficient. I need a board to my dimensions? Hop! I get a board to my dimensions! Well... not the same day... or even within a week, but it's still fine. So go on, don't worry!***

Verified reviewOrdered a wooden top for my new office. I'm satisfied (we'll see over time) with the quality of the wood. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the finish (I asked for oil to be applied to the top...which was done...but on a top that wasn't very well sanded...so was quite rough...in the end I had to resand the top).***

I don't think that laughing at customers and making fun of them will help you continue to make fun of me. The only problem is that I may have made a mistake, as you put it so well, in trusting you, but I'm going to take care of your future customers so that this never happens again, at least. there's no doubt about your bad faith, you're the only one who doesn't realize it, it's a real shame

Verified reviewThe cut was perfect and there was nothing to complain about in terms of the quality of the materials; however, my delivery instructions were not taken into account and relayed to the carrier; nevertheless, I'll be ordering from your company again without any problem.***
