If we understand correctly: as you didn't take the 5mn necessary to read the technical details of the premium quality maple panels you ordered, you're blaming us for having ordered them without knowing that you were ordering.🤔 We're very surprised that, as a "professional", you're surprised that you need to: "read a technical manual"....It seems to us that this is the least you can do when ordering a technical product...In any case, giving us the worst possible mark because you didn't take the trouble is pure bad faith. It may have escaped your notice, but when in doubt about a product, we offer our customers samples. You don't seem to have made that choice...
