If you're not prepared to listen to criticism, don't bother asking us for our opinion. As it happens, I unpacked the board this morning with my carpenter, who's doing DEZ work on my house, and we found 2 grey bumps under the substantial packaging. I didn't have time to contact you as I was leaving for work and as the request for advice arrived during the day, I've told you what I think, without any implication. A simple visual check should avoid this kind of problem. As for the rest, the carpenter caught up with me, so I don't need to ask you for a long and boring exchange. That's my opinion, even if you don't like it.
