Dear customer, we would like to thank you for your comment, even though it seems particularly harsh given the situation. In fact, your order (the only one in your name, but perhaps you placed others under a different name...) suffered "transport damage". Unfortunately, these things can happen and, as everyone will understand, despite our best efforts with our logistics partner, are beyond our control. Incidentally, you wisely refused to accept a delivery whose packaging had been damaged in transit. This is why we are surprised that you write in your comment: "badly packed" since in your e-mail of 05 April at 14:09 you write to us: "I have just refused packages ....The package arrived on a pallet with the corners and edges protected by foam but a sheet of paper to protect the top ..." Of course, our panels are packaged so that they can travel properly. What's the point of doing things differently? We leave this question to your wisdom. Finally, we find your comment particularly harsh because, as soon as we received your report at 2.09pm today, we confirmed at 2.25pm that we were putting your order back into production in order to deliver as soon as possible.
