Verified reviewHello, I'm very disappointed by the quality of the product, which is supposed to be a worktop but is in fact a medium. Tinted in the mass. So first kitchen first grease stain and It doesn't go away. 200 € Too bad because website interesting and responsive Sincerely***

Dear Guest, we take note of your comment and regret that you are not satisfied. In response to your comments, we can provide you with the following information: 1/ You ordered a "Valchromat® anthracite-black MDF worktop" with a special cut-out. This is exactly what we delivered. 2/ As indicated on the product sheet on our website, Valchromat® MDF requires the application of a finish. Apparently, you haven't done so. Unprotected, your plan has been damaged, for which we are truly sorry. We invite you to apply the finish as soon as possible, after sanding your panel to remove the first stains. Thank you for your confidence in us. Yours faithfully Yours sincerely

Verified reviewI had it delivered because I can't go anywhere, I would have appreciated it if someone had put the heavy and cumbersome package in the lobby of my building at least......***

Dear customer, we take note of your comment. As stated in our cgv (article 6-6), deliveries are made to the customer's address: "In the case of a usual delivery, the parcel will not be taken upstairs (even a few steps or a landing) nor unloaded in a private area." It may happen that the delivery person unloads in a private area - the hall of your building - but this is not guaranteed and remains at his discretion. We would like to thank you for your confidence in our company and wish you, dear customer, our best regards. Yours sincerely

Verified reviewSite well done, simple, accurate, efficient, at a fair price compared to others, delivery scheduled between 11/07 and 18/07, arrived on 11 Impec! Order well packed, but board arrived with a few knocks in the corners and edges, not dramatic, but a pity, which makes me put 4 stars on 5; In any case, site to recommend, serious, and efficient!***
