That's why we use reinforced cardboard protectors. Despite our best efforts and the quality of our cardboard packaging, some panels may suffer "transport damage". That's why it's important to check the products carefully on receipt, and to notify the carrier of any reservations. Verified reviewI paid 475 euros for premium oak and I am very dissatisfied. The worktop was only sanded on one side (the underside), and was damaged in two places despite being packed undamaged. This was done before shipment. This is not the kind of product I'm going to be able to return, so I'm going to have to sand it for them and repair as much of the breakage as possible.***

Hello The product was checked on arrival but probably not sufficiently. I can confirm that the sanding was not good and was done correctly on the underside. I didn't want to wait for your reply before installing it.
