Verified reviewWaiting time a bit long but deadline met, very very good plywood quality, no splintering, clean cut, delivered in a very well protected parcel. Nothing to say, I'd buy from them again if I had another need of this type. Thank you ILICUT.***

Verified reviewI had already ordered panels from this dealer a few years ago - when he still had a French name (La Boutique Du Bois) and had not yet been affected by this ridiculous Anglolatry that is pushing more and more "French" dealers to give themselves Anglo-Saxon names - and I had bitten my fingers because of a deplorable inaccuracy in the cuts and squaring and then a bad faith in their dubious justifications; In the end, it was a blessing in disguise, because after deleting my account with this dealer, I decided to look for and find a dealer who, while offering slightly higher prices than "illicut", is incomparably more accurate and careful than the latter. Dear customer, We have taken note of your comment. For your information, our name change is not intended to be blissfully Anglicized, but to reflect our French and European development strategy. As you may have noticed, our website is now translated not only into English, but also into Spanish, Italian and German, with other languages to follow. Our new name, "ILI", evokes immediacy and a multitude of possibilities, "CUT" the notion of cutting and sizing. Thanks to major investments in our production facilities in Burgundy, France, we're expanding our production in France, to the great satisfaction of our French and European customers. As far as your actual buying experience is concerned, spruce is a soft wood that can indeed "mark" more than another. It's difficult for us to give a more detailed opinion, as - unless we're mistaken - we didn't have the photos to assess the situation. Of course, human error is always possible, but before going any further and proposing a solution, we need more information. We suggest you send us a few photos to the following address: contact@ilicut.com We look forward to hearing from you. Jean, ilicut
