Verified reviewMost of the user experience from the idealwine.com was good, but I think there's a few things have to be improved. I think the order cancellation process should be improved to get much easier, and basket storage time for just one hour is littlebit short. And the last thing, I think it would be better if the customer can choose which wines to be shipped from the auction results. The auction result is now clustered in a single order now, so I cannot choose which wine to be shipped first and which one for the late.

Verified reviewUnfortunately, when opened, the bottle of Jacques Selosse was really bad, impossible to drink. I know this can happen, however this was a 400 euro bottle, so it was very disappointing, to say the least
