Verified reviewI paid for this order before going away for over a month on Christmas holiday; I intended to add to the order on my return as I've done many times in the past; I was charged storage , which I am very unhappy about; if I had known I would had the wine despatched to me when I paid for it; when I messaged and telephone idealwine; I didn't get a satisfactory remedy for this problem at all; in fact it took another 3,5 weeks for them to come back to me with a very curt email, in the meantime my storage bill had increased further; I WILL NOT BE USING IDEALWINE AGAIN;
