Verified reviewOrdered express service as im about to move from one country to another. Made the order on may 23 and its not yet here. You claim it takes 1-2 days thats why i ordered it to my current adress and not the new one. I have already sent a complain, but no answer yet. Sorry to give a bad review! J

Verified reviewGreat selection of wines & some spirits, easy to navigate website, but there are some room for improvements. 4/5 Phone app is worthless as you can't do much (like bid). 2/5 Customer service. 3/5 Items were very well packed and arrived on time. 5/5 Overall 3/5 Customer service & app needs serious improvements, but I think they are in the right direction and solve the issues in the future. I'm gonna buy again and you should too. :)
