Verified reviewI’m disappointed that all emails I received were in French. I don’t speak French and translators makes nonsense out of the message. I would prefer communicating in English

C2938764 Its not about champagne but Relationship. I didn't even get the goods sent in early April until May (my best bucket list louis 1995 was lost) and I didn't get the proper compensation (refund for shipping more then 10days). It's very shocking to me they only refund the price of wine. Even i paid all tax through UPS

Verified reviewUsually it is very good, but my last order was not shipped at the time. It was only shipped after my request of shipment status (8th day after the order confirmation). Thanks to Camille, who managed to ship asap with UPS, but still it arrived to late - as part of the order was a birthday gift for special occasion and I had to change it last minute.
