Verified reviewHi The time lapse from placing the order until it was dispatched is not acceptable, it was a whole week. Then the delivery was another week. Your competitors often dispatch same day or next day. Service is the key to success.

Verified reviewDelivery costs not clear and expensive! FedEx sent confusing tracking information. Almost 3 weeks for delivery. Wine well packaged and correct. Overall I would use ideal wine again.

Dear Sir, Thanks for sharing your experience. We take this information in account. We understand the waiting is quite long for US / UK shipping due to the custom clearance that needs to be edited. We're working on some new solution to speed that process. Kind regards, IDealwine Team
