Ordered 13 bottles and 3 of them were previously opened. Emailed the company twice with no response. Asked for replacements or credit. Just never received a response…nobody cares! Just beware if you order.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SRVICE. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WORST THE WORLD OVER EVER ENCOUNTERED. Pathetic level of response, incompetent follow up, lack of knowledge on processes and systems. Inaccurate, incomplete, misleading wine description. It has been a fail from start to finish. Never again.
