Verified reviewI've passed two orders on the site and the order-process and the information regarding it has met my expectations. I had an issue with my second order (1/11 bottles broken during transport) and the customer service was extremely fast and efficient in assessing the issue. the site is 9/10 in my opinion.

Verified reviewSome bottles get broken by shipping - this can happen but now I am waiting since two month for refunding or maybe something. I think the message shipping is coverd by insurance is a big fake - what a shame because I thougt you can trust professional handling.

Verified reviewDelivery is great. For products, it would be great if the condition of the wine is more accurately depicted in the picture. Also for the explanation of wines, mentioning cork rise level would be helpful.
