Verified reviewIdealwine lost one of my bottles which totally fine, however now one bothered to do anything about it neither to finally ship my wines for two and half week until the money I finally called idealwine myself. This is not a first time this is happening and unfortunately to my clients , they can never be sure about the dates they would receive their bottles. I must thank Ideal for a 30 euro voucher they provided for the delay , however no money could buy my reputation in front of my clients…..

They asserted that no one was home, but this is untrue, and they didn't provide any documentation to confirm their claim. This has become a recurring issue with DPD. I believe that when it comes to wine, which can be quite heavy, such issues should not be a common occurrence.
