I purchased the single bottle for an upcoming dinner. Leo and team ensured that the bottle was shipped to be in time, using express delivery. Very much appreciated.

I like your new packings instead of all that styrofoam. The delivery time to Denmark is shorter now.

A good experience, overall. I just had a problem with the website. I made a mistake in ordering (the number of bottles was wrong); I tried to do something but neither I could be able to fix it nor Idealwine seemed to realize that the same order was made in two times. So I had to pay twice the shipping costs of the same order, while in past purchases two times had the same issue but other vendors (or their selling software) easily understood it and charged the shipping only for one order as a whole.

Shipping costs are so high that they make the auction useless. You don't understand that having the opportunity to get a good bottle at a low or reasonable price must then be commensurate with an equally reasonable shipping cost.
