Verified reviewDO NOT BUY FROM THEM. What appeared to be a good deal wasn't. I purchased a bottle of Blanton's to be delivered to the US. They shipped it, but then FedEx sent me a bill. iDealwine.com refused to pay, claiming that they cannot pay it as it's billed to me. I tried to be civil with them, asking them to pay the bill, but they did not. I ordered a different bottle of Blanton's from someone else, also from overseas. I didn't receive a bill for that order, but iDealwine.com did. Save yourself from nasty surprises.

As mentioned on the website, when buying on iDealwine for deliveries outside EU, all prices are displayed and invoiced excluding taxes and duties. Local taxes and duties are invoiced by the shipper when wines are delivered. As taxes and duties aren’t federal in the US and differ state to state, it's not possible for us to display tax-inclusive pricing for our US customers. Verified reviewIncorrect bottle was delivered. This can happen, but I did not like the way the issue was handled. Contact was ok, but iDealwine, instead of shipping the right bottle immediately, requested a return first, stating they won't send it before the wrong one is received. I got a refund instead. I understand that the company tries to protect themselves, but this is too much for me - especially when a mistake was made at shipping.
