Verified reviewIt's not normal the fact that I already paid for my bottles thinking that you've already put my shipment automatically and actually you put 2 different ways ñ So first I have to pay for the bottles, and after I have to put my shipment in it, I want it everything in one place and 1 payment

Verified reviewI recently discovered iDealwine and I am very impressed. It does indeed appear to be a very professional set-up. In terms of delivering to customers in the UK they have really thought about how to do this post brexit. Their system is better than any other foreign wine merchant I have found to date. I will most certainly be a repeat customer. The only improvement I could ask for is that after payment was received and acknowledged I received no further communication and had to ask about what was happening next. As it happened a delivery shipment notification from Fedex was on its way to me but there was a gap of about a week and just a very short update would have been very welcome. That said, everything moved very smoothly especially the fact that iDealwine takes care of the UK duty requirements for you. I believe this is a unique service and definitely above and beyond any of their competitors. I fully recommend iDealwine. D. Shephard Wiltshire, UK.

Verified reviewTremendous selection of wines. Some bottles of individual sales. Most are by auction groupings. Wines were packaged beautifully and box inserts were great. Zero damage. The wines are as advertised. Only small chagrin, the Styrofoam can get a little messy while unboxing. Very minor complaint.

Verified reviewIdealwine.com is, in my opinion, a fantastic platform for wine lovers. The selection is extensive, the auctions are exciting, and the website itself is clear and easy to use. In that respect, the platform truly deserves five stars. My only point of criticism concerns the customer service. It appears that AI may be used to respond to certain inquiries. When you ask a simple or very specific question, the response sometimes feels quite generic and may refer to standard regulations without actually addressing the question directly. This can be somewhat frustrating. That said, whenever you manage to speak with a member of the customer service team, the experience is excellent and everything works exactly as it should. Overall, it is an outstanding platform with a great selection and very enjoyable auctions. Because of the minor issue with the initial customer service responses, I’m giving four stars plus instead of a full five.
