Verified reviewThe shipping was from FR to CH was prohibitively expensive. Will not use the service again unless they offer a better shipping option, e.g., to a pick-up point on the CH/DE border.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that shipping costs can be a concern, especially since the Swiss taxes are adding up, despite the wines being exempted from VAT when purchasing on our website. We appreciate your suggestions for alternative delivery options. We are always looking to opt for new and more comfortable ways of deliveries for our clients around the globe, and your input is valuable as we continually strive to improve our services. Best regards. The iDealwine Team
