Verified reviewJusqu'il y a peu j'aurais mis largement 5 étoiles mais je suis actuellement en litige pour une commande qui a été en majeure partie ( 4 bouteille sur les 6, pour plus de 100€ de valeur..) cassée par le transporteur et on traine a trouver une solution pour m'indemniser. Je suis un client fidèle et ne compte pas arrêter de commander mais je suis un peu déçu qu'aucune solution n'ait encore été trouvée pour mettre le client a l'abri en attendant qu'UPS daigne reconnaître sa responsabilité.... Sinon belle qualité de service, caisse très bien protégée d'habitude.

Verified reviewI like the purchase experience, but delivery experience through UPS is terrible every time (too expensive; styrofoam packaging; too lengthy, unpredictable delivery date). Far behind best-in-class delivery experience (Lobenberg from Germany, also far cheaper).

Verified reviewIt’s been three years since I started shopping at Idealwine. I think I can safely say that 99% of the bottles (nearly 500) in my wine cellar come from them. I have to say I’ve always been very satisfied, from the condition of the bottles to the shipping, and even on the couple of occasions when a shipment was incorrect. They’re always helpful, friendly, and professional. Also, sometimes they offer bottles at real bargain prices. It’s also a great way to enjoy vintage bottles at reasonable prices. And when the opportunity arises, you can even snag a deal on some top-shelf bottles. I’ll definitely continue shopping here :)

Verified reviewGreat platform to find some real treasures. Smooth processes from bidding to checkout to delivery. Only issue I had was with UPS: They delivered without signage, so my box with 12 wines stood in front of my door at -5 degrees Celcius for most of a day - not ideal.
