Verified reviewThe prices are set by the market, so no comment on those as I buy on auctions. But the service has been very good. Especially Benjamin! the reason I am still a customer!

Verified reviewBe very careful! My experience with iDealwine has been highly unsatisfactory. I received an order with missing bottles (1cru Burgundy) and provided clear documentation – including photos and confirmation from the delivery company that the shipment was incomplete upon arrival. Even the parcel’s weight did not match the number of bottles that should have been included, indicating an error at the warehouse stage. Despite this, iDealwine refused both replacement and refund. This is particularly serious, as the responsibility for correct delivery lies with the seller under applicable consumer protection laws (including EU regulations and national sales law). In this case, iDealwine has chosen to ignore both the evidence and their legal obligations. Customer service appears unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue. Conclusion: When a company rejects clear evidence and fails to comply with basic consumer rights, it is a major red flag. I have contacted iDealwine multiple times with constructive proposals for a resolution, but have only been met with resistance and outright dismissal. I strongly advise against purchasing from iDealwine.
