Verified reviewTrès bon site avec beaucoup de choix. Des collaborateurs réactifs lors de problème de livraison. Service d'UPS vraiment lamentable et incompétent, quand on commande des bouteilles à plusieurs centaines d'euro et qu'il faut deux mois pour être livré. On ne sait pas comment le vin a été stocké et transporté pendant ce temps. De plus leur site est inutilisable, il est impossible de changer quoi que ce soit pour la livraison.

Verified reviewUso Idealwine da qualche anno e, nel tempo, è diventato uno dei miei riferimenti quando cerco bottiglie interessanti senza dover impazzire. La cosa che mi ha convinto davvero è il mix tra aste e acquisti diretti: se hai voglia di seguire il mercato puoi fare buoni affari, ma se vuoi andare dritto al punto trovi comunque alternative valide. Il sistema d’asta è fatto bene, semplice, senza inutili complicazioni. In pochi minuti capisci come funziona e ti concentri solo su quello che conta: le bottiglie. E la selezione è ampia, soprattutto sulle annate, con etichette che non sono sempre così facili da trovare altrove. Altro aspetto non banale: i controlli. Finora non mi è mai capitato di ricevere bottiglie problematiche, e nel vino questo fa tutta la differenza. Anche lato spedizioni, sempre tutto regolare: tempi rispettati e imballaggi curati. Non è l’unico fornitore che utilizzo, ma nel mio personale “podio” si è guadagnato il primo posto abbastanza nettamente. E non per marketing, ma per esperienza diretta.

Verified reviewThe Idealwine selection is truly exceptional, one of the best out there. The purchasing process itself is smooth, intuitive, and enjoyable from start to finish. Unfortunately, everything falls apart when it comes to delivery with UPS. The experience is consistently frustrating: no reliable tracking, excessive customs fees, and deliveries scheduled on the wrong days, often to poorly managed collection points with inadequate temperature control. The result? Wines exposed to heat and compromised in quality completely undermining the care taken in sourcing them. Please, for the sake of your customers and your wines, consider changing your shipping partner.

Verified reviewAs ever - the wines were delivered in very fine condition and carefully packed. The problem was that I received three damaged OWCs for the Chateau Montrose 2023. The boxes had not been opened carefully before the wine was packed seperately and so for me as a collector it is problematic and disappointing to receive damaged OWCs.

Verified reviewExcellent bidding site for wine. Majority are Frence wines. However, many interesting non-French wines are also there. Premium is somewhat high which does not encourage more frequent bid. But what can we do? Biggest flaw would be bugs within the website. Many errors indeed but still bearable. LOL!!!
