Verified reviewEverythign was great, except the use of styrofoam for packaging. This is really not acceptable in this day and age, when spending this kind of money on wine. Use recyclable materials.

Verified reviewYour UPS delivery is really slow. If the wine goes bad due to delivery that takes more than 2 weeks in hot weather, what are the compensation measures?

Verified reviewthe site is very good but the shipment costs are too high, much much more than other wine sellers. Also the prices on the site are high too, as the commission for the wine auctions that come higher and higher as the price of the wine grows. They has the right to make margin but I think that the prices are just insane, for a wine auction of 16€ they take 4€ (25% plus shipping margin 19,90€) for a 67€ wine auction the margin is 17€ and you pay a bottle 84€!!! I really hope that someone will came out as competitor because this situation doesn't make me rate more than 2 stars. Generally a wine auction comes with a reserve price that is already higher than same wine on other e-commerce.
