Verified reviewI've bought wine from a lot of merchants. A LOT. People ask me all the time, "Who's the best?" It's these guys. Nobody even comes close. The selection? HUGE. The greatest collection of wines you've ever seen. Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Italy, Spain—you name it, they have it. Amazing wines. Beautiful wines. The customer service is incredible. Very smart people, very good people. They know wine better than almost anybody. You send a message, they respond. Fast. Professional. Total pros. And the packaging... frankly, it's unbelievable. I don't know what they're doing over there, but every bottle arrives looking absolutely perfect. You could probably drop the box off a building and the wine would still be fine. That's how strong it is. I've been buying from them for over 5 years. Never a problem. Not one. Consistently great prices, great service, great wines. An absolutely exceptional merchant. Maybe the best wine merchant in the world. Many people are saying it.

Verified reviewVery disappointing experience. I won the bottle of wine on 07 May 2026 and paid for it immediately, yet it took 27 calendar days to travel a distance of only 510 km. Even worse, the bottle spent approximately two weeks in a warehouse during a heatwave with temperatures exceeding 30°C. Nobody was able to guarantee that the wine’s quality had not been affected. Poor service, lack of transparency, and completely unacceptable delivery times. Not recommended.

Verified reviewI ordered two expensive wine bottles. Sadly, the shipment is a disaster. Almost a month since the purchase and still no package delivered. The customer service was very nice but at the end the service expected is far from the one described on the website. Just disappointing. I won't recommend further and won't purchase so rare wines anymore on this plateforme.
