We’ve used this site to buy continence pads regularly for the last 2 years. Good quality products, reliable and prompt delivery. Once or twice our product has been out of stock but otherwise a very good business.

Obviously the goods ordered are important. I find it astonishing that because some of the items are out of stock they are automatically cancelled rather than put on hold for delivery when they are available. It also means that though I had ordered enough to qualify for free carriage because I have to reorder I now have to pay carriage or other more.

Well-organised website, easy to navigate and make my purchase. Rapid delivery, though DPD did deliver it two days earlier than they first stated, which caused confusion!
