Verified reviewI have an NHS prescription normally re-ordered online with ease. However when entering the required patient ID it said there was no patient matching that data. I then tried the app with the same result. When phoning I held 3 calls for over an hour with no response. I tried the call back option but didn’t receive any follow up call. I then made a complaint on the email address provided and 5 days later received my order. I have had no problems previously and certainly hope this scenario isn’t repeated.
