Verified reviewI finding any offers are sent just after I make a purchase so I don't benefit from them as I have limited storage space so feel shortchanged to be honest

Verified reviewI use id-direct as delivery is very important and so far they have been excellent. My parent has used the products for some time now with great success but other distributors have been a real issue with supply and delivery, so I have decided to go ‘direct’. The site is very easy to use and especially handy when trying to find female products as everyone has their own section. Very pleased with id-direct.

Verified reviewFast service, no hassle, products as described and it's nice to deal with the firm direct instead of through other retailers. I will be ordering from id direct in future.

Verified reviewReally quick, parcel arrives in a couple of days in a plain box so not remotely embarrassing for my son if the neighbour takes it in.

Verified reviewSite easy to navigate and delivery (next day) excellent, but...how much time would be lost for the delivery driver taking time to ring doorbell? A box left with the porch doors left wide open feets away from a busy pavement an invite to have goods stolen. Totally satisfied with the product purchased.
