Verified reviewThe website is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The descriptions of products are good and accurate. The product i bought is great and keeps my autistic son dry best product so far. The delivery was fast and informed even over easter holidays. I foundthat prices are best from website rather than other stores they supply. All round good experience and will continue to shop here.

Verified reviewUp to my last purchase all was good, my last order only one item was sent but I was charged for second pack which was the more ex Expensive of the two orders. I contacted them via there internal mail and have received no reply, I have sent them another email directly to see if they respond.

Verified reviewThe website is a bit difficult to navigate, but I was able to find all I needed. It would be useful to have a size guide on the mesh pants page (apologies to our American cousins)

Verified reviewOrdering is really easy and I’m very grateful for that but I wish there was a button to be emailed when an item is back in stock, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the underpads extra plus to come back into stock, the super are nowhere near as good. I called the helpline and they had no idea when they’d be arriving so no use either

Verified reviewVery happy with the quality of product and speed of delivery. My only complaint is that the boxes used are not strong enough and regularly rip.
