Verified reviewMy order was apparently just left on my porch without notification by knocking or ringing my doorbell. I waited in all day with a friend visiting as well and there was no notice from your delivery person that they had arrived. I looked out several times during the day and there was no parcel. This is a bad review as you did not make sure that I had received my order.

Verified reviewService always good. In terms of the product, the quality control is lacking - a small proportion of the nappies split at the sides, normally when putting them on and normally all together at once as of there are some duff batches/packets coming off the production line. I've struggled to find anything product in the youth/large child size so just have to roll with it and ensure plenty of spares are carried when going away.

Verified reviewI normally get these on the nhs for my son. They are terrifically absorbant, simple to put on him and they create no mess...well only the 'mess' my boy makes!!!!!!

Verified reviewThe website is very easy to use. The product is very good. I have given one star purely because of delivery by DPD. Despite having instructions on label to deliver to a 1st floor flat (with a lift available) 2 big heavy boxes were left downstairs on the ground floor. The recipient is a wheelchair user and unable to take the boxes upstairs. This experience has left me wondering whether I should reorder from your company because of delivery issues.
