I made a reservation for the Hola Barcelona Travel Card on December 27 before on my mobile, but the transaction was not completed. My credit card was charged, but your database says I didn't pay (complaint/question 1650144). I have to talk to my credit card company to get a refund for the ticket I did not get. But this time (using a computer) it worked. :-)

I have just made a purchase to early to comment if it's great value to money but I am surprised child ticket is the same as adult price. Would have looked for 50% price difference for child at least hence 1 less star but better then other sites.
