Overall, the travel card was an excellent value for the cost. Especially since in included the airport train, underground trains, and buses. All of the trains were clean and on-time. We never waited more then 5 minutes and the app is brilliant. You can put in your destination and it will give you detailed options to get there; buses, trains walking and the best combinations. My only disappointment and downgrade of one star is due to the confusion over mobile tickets. In short, it is not easy or seamless. You cannot buy it online and download it to the app. You must buy it online and upload it to another app, then submit your passport or EU ID through the same app, then wait wait for verification that you are not a terrorist. This process can takes a minimum of 48 hours. This info is not given at the time of purchase and honestly, its way to much for a weekend pass.
