I paid for the tickets, the web page confirmed that the payment was received, but I did not get the tickets to the mail. When I wrote to the holabarcelona, they told me, that they will send the money back. But I did not get it. So now I have neither tickets nor money. And I have to fill out some forms and prove payments. This is a very poorly functioning site.
