Website was very easy to use and found the watch I was looking for quickly, I have not had any issues that required customer service so can't speak to that. The delivery was quick and came much earlier than expected amazing. Now for the watch itself it was a gift for my SO and she loves it as do I it's a beautiful watch and made to a high quality.
