Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

I am pleased with all aspects of my recent purchase of Scarpa walking shoes. After a general online search I found exactly what I was looking for on the Glisshop website at a very competitive price. Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewWould be zero stars if that was possible. Very nice customer service but completely useful. They confused my order so the tracking was for the wrong things. Then one package never turned up and I couldn’t get anyone to tell me what had happened. To months later I finally manage to get a tiny refund. Would have been a good gesture to give the high cost for delivery back as it was never delivered. I will never use this close to scam of a shop

Verified reviewThe product is well made and, as far as I can find unique in combining a mask and a buff; but the price is outrageous for what is a small modification from a standard buff. Also it is ridiculous and environmentally unsound that Glisshop will not post directly to the offshore UK island that I live on - the package had to go via a UK mainland address, thus also incurring two shipping charges.

Verified reviewI ordered a pair of Nordica Enforcer 104 skis with Marker Griffon bindings pre-mounted. I ordered from the UK and they arrived very quickly just over a week later. The bindings were mounted as requested and my boots fit very well. I would highly recommend Glisshop.
