Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

My 3 boys were going skiing on 22nd January so I decided to risk ordering the masks. Delighted to say that they arrived Thursday 20th January which was fantastic. Good communication regarding despatch, customs and delivery in the UK throughout. Thank you!
