Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewThe company is fine but you are buying from France and if something needs returning, then you need to pay for the postage to the UK and back again - for a helmet that's £40, wiping out any savings of going online. If you know it fits, then great, but otherwise proceed with caution.

Verified reviewOverall good products, competitive prices. Only thing is that response time to a query took more than 24 hours, which in my case resulted in not being able to add a few more items to the same consignment, costing another 30 euros in postage. Having said that, both packages arrived on time within 24 hours of each other. Cannot rate products as yet as I haven’t used them. They arrived reasonably well packaged and without damage as far as I can ascertain at this time. Hope to use them tomorrow at Adelboden or Kandersteg.
