Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewAfter a week of waiting I contacted them, they said the items are being returned to them (apparently customs rejected them). But...they would only refund me, when/if they receive the items back. 2 weeks later, still no sign of refund. I had to open a case with PayPal and they will sort this out. Appalling service, avoid this company!

Vivian from the Glisshop team has been very helpful, arranging the return and advising on a replacement to suit my requirements. Great team, despite the error which was partially my fault I will buy from them again

Verified reviewThe delivery arrived within a reasonable time but did get delivered to the wrong address 3 doors away by DPD. I’ve used them in the indoor ski slopes and they seem ok the flex is slightly softer than I was expecting.
