Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewOrdered some Maui Jim sunglasses as prices were much lower than UK opticians. Initially concerned about customs and receiving extra charges, but shouldn’t have worried. Glasses arrived quickly and as promised with no extra charges. Great service.

Verified reviewThe order was sent off promptly the same day by Glisshop from France but was then delayed at the Exeter DPD depot for about 10 days. I kept checking the tracking number and eventually I phoned DPD to find out what the hold up was and their excuse for non delivery was that the address was undecipherable. When the parcel arrived the following day, the address was perfectly legible but, the name of the village had been entered before our house name which is quite normal in France but possibly confusing in England. I did raise this with Glisshop at the time but they saw nothing wrong with how they had addressed the parcel. I blame the delay on DPD as their excuse for non-delivery was invalid in my view but it meant the purchase process was far too lengthy.

Verified reviewGreat value for end of season skis. Delivered promptly, in perfect condition. I can't rate user experience with the product until I ski on them, but by buying at the end of the season, I was able to read plenty of favourable and thorough reviews before purchasing.
