Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

They were more than happy to to answer my questions about the products ordered and delivery, even speaking English when I was too lazy to type in French! Skis all mounted correctly, DIN settings on binding correct as stated, no complaints there.
