Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewOrdered boots to be delivered to uk. Cheaper than anyone else, all delivered within 5 days. I would order from here again. I think most of the bad reviews are from people who don’t read the small print about being charged for returns, that’s to be expected as you are sending the item back abroad.
