Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI was a bit apprehensive buying from them at first as they have a .co.uk website and based in France but after speaking to them (for advice) I was happy to buy from them. The only negative comment I can find is that there was not enough packaging in the box when I received my snowboard. Just a couple of pieces of paper at each end.
