Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Quick delivery times, great selection of products at reasonable prices and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful if you have any questions about products. Only downside if ordering from UK make sure you budget in the higher delivery cost and import taxes.
