Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI was absolutely thrilled to receive my ski helmet just in time for my ski trip. I only ordered the helmet from UK the weekend before the ski trip following a telephone call to Glisshop, where the lady I spoke with reassured me that it was highly likely to arrive in time. I was able to track the progress of the helmet from France to UK via Chronopost and it arrived as predicted 2 days prior to my trip. Thank you

Verified reviewI’ve bought 3 pairs of skis and now a pair of boots all easy to purchase descriptions were all accurate and helpful. Especially when buying boots on line print out the side chart I know own the most COMFORTABLY pair of boots of thirty years . The only improvement would be a discount code for people who’ve bought three pairs of skis and a pair of boots!!
