Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewOrder Was shipped really fast. I had a problem with wrong binding installation. I needed to do it one more time in local service. I'm not sure if based on shoe size (not correct cm) somebody can install bindings. With this knowleadge I Never order skis with already installed bindings.
