Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.
"Superb service again. Great price on a pair of skis, well mounted and super fast delivery"

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewGlssop were fast and efficient with my order. Their returns policy was overly expensive at £40 from the UK. I used British Mail and paid £14. They handled the return quickly and refunded my account.

Verified reviewI ordered my first Snowboard and Bindings and i absolutely love my new board. Small slight black mark on the board but doesn't effect use and the rest of the board is pristine. I will order again and will use Glisshop in the future, thanks for the great bit of kit!

Verified reviewI had a positive experience with this shop, a little difficult to communicate with them if you are not in their main market; also, they do not deliver in all EU countries, so I had to find solutions to have my order delivered in one of their countries of operation. Overall, it was worth it as they were the only shop having the Bolle helmet I was looking for at an unbeatable pricing.

Verified reviewResponsive and helpful. And so good to have a European supplier who deals with all the post-Brexit customs hassles for you - without inflating the prices significantly.

Verified reviewSales process and information from Glisshop was great but unfortunately my product was faulty. Some retailers can fall down when dealing with returns processes, especially manufacturing defects, but service from Glisshop surprisingly free from hassle given relative remote location of the store. Communication responsiveness and professionalism were really appreciated. Will recommend.
