Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.
"Superb service again. Great price on a pair of skis, well mounted and super fast delivery"

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We would like to apologise for the unusually long processing time with regard to your order. Unfortunately the mass of orders received on Black Friday and in the run-up to Christmas considerably lengthened shipping times. Your order was dispatched on 10 December in two parcels. One arrived on 14 December while the second was delayed by the carrier and delivered on 17 December, undoubtedly due to the overwhelming quantity of parcels being handled at that time. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards The Glisshop Team

Verified reviewI ordered this bag for a Christmas present. It arrived nicely packaged, in good time for Christmas and I am very pleased with the speed and efficiency in which this order was processed, considering it came from France to England (about 10 day turnaround), it’s very good indeed. Also, EVRI updates of delivery were excellent too. Thank you so much for your super service. I would use Glisshop again.
