Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

The period between Black Friday and Christmas is extremely busy and it is more difficult for us to give updates when we have no information from the carrier.
