Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

We launched an investigation but sadly the carrier EVRi was not able to locate your parcel. You of course received a full refund. For your information, we are in the process of switching carrier and hope to soon be sending our parcels through Parcelforce instead of EVRi for a more reliable service.
