Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI'm happy with the Skis. However, the delivery service was not great. I got an email that my parcel was with the carriers and then I received no other information until one day they were outside my house when I got home. I live in central London and they could have easily been stole or damaged and I won't have known because I didn't know there were out for delivery.

Verified reviewPurchased a smith mondo helmet based off the description but upon inspection a little while after delivery having received my aleck 006 wired headphine kit, there is no where to install it so the product infomation gave false information, it stated "Aleck audio system compatible (not included) but it clearly is not. So a waste of money for me

I'd love to return them but one of the tags have been removed and there's no boxes. Also I have a screenshot of the info pages for my item as I realised you have two pages with two different prices for the same helmet. https://www.glisshop.co.uk/helmets/smith/mondo-mips-matte-black52158413?variantId=52177803 Of you follow the link above its says In the description it's aleck compatible.
