Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. The shipping costs invoiced not only cover delivery from France but also include customs duties as the UK is no longer part of the European Union. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards The Glisshtop Team
